Marusia Melnyk, Of Counsel Marusia Melnyk is an of counsel member of the firm. She is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, class of 1979 (J.D., cum laude), and Cornell University, class of 1968 (B.S.). She has also attended L'Universite Catholique de Louvain, Louvain, Belgium, 1967. In addition to conducting her own private practice, Ms. Melnyk is a former associate of the firm of Whittemore and Wallace, Framingham, MA and is the former corporate counsel to Trillennium Corporation (formerly SOLTEST Corporation). Marusia Melnyk specializes in the areas of Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Probate and Trust Administration. She also has experience in Divorce Law, Real Estate, Corporate Law and Intellectual Property. Ms. Melnyk is conversant in Ukrainian and French. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the South Middlesex Bar Association. Ms. Melnyk also provides pro bono legal services through South Middlesex Legal Services, Inc. |
