Affordable Housing-The firm has in depth experience with affordable housing programs available under the Massachusetts Comprehensive Permit program (M.G.L. c.40B), and other local initiative programs. This experience includes advising clients on permit strategies and compliance issues, interfacing with regulatory agencies, and drafting and negotiating regulatory documents.
