Effective January 1, 2026, M.A. Kablack & Associates P.C. has transitioned its practice by merging with the Worcester based law firm of Fletcher Tilton PC.   The transition includes Courtney Cusson, in the position of paralegal and assistant to Mark Kablack.  We anticipate that all representation in the areas of real estate, development and land use permitting will continue to be handled in much the same manner as before.  While certain administrative practices will change, the highly personalized and responsive legal representation of our practice will remain unchanged.  Going forward, this transition will also provide you with access to enhanced resources and a broader range of services that Fletcher Tilton can provide, including the areas of business law, trust and estates and litigation sources.
